Did You Know? Trash To Cash is Nationwide!

From Metro Manila, North Luzon, South Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao!

Did you know that The SM Trash to Cash Recycling Market (TTC) is now located in 74 SM Supermalls and 5 SMDC properties, namely Mezza, Jazz, MPlace, Light and Sun?

Schedule

Trash to Cash is a recycling market held every first Friday and Saturday of the month to encourage waste segregation and recycling among our customers, tenants, and the community. The recycling market is open from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Accepted Waste

Trash to Cash accepts paper, plastics and PET bottles, glass, metal, tin and aluminum as well as cookware and kitchen items. Used Lead Acid Batteries (ULAB) are accepted in the malls during the recycling market on a quarterly basis – March, June, September and December.

What’s the Cash Equivalent?

Each mall has an assigned recycler with their own price per classification that varies according to the prevailing market price. For the duration of the recycling market, the recycler will weigh the customer’s items, compute for the equivalent price and directly transact with the customer for the cash exchange.

Exclusive Discounts in Watson’s

In exchange for empty packaging of health and beauty products, Watsons customers can enjoy a 10-percent discount for a minimum single-receipt purchase worth P500 at Watsons, or a 20-percent discount for a minimum single-receipt purchase worth P300 of Naturals by Watsons and Nutrabliss products. Terms and conditions apply.

Been calling the different branches of WATSON at SM North-EDSA but no one is answering the phone. Another one that I called is a trunk line and when I dialed 0 it rang and then loop back from where I started and no answer. I want to know more about the schedule of your thrash to cash program. Yesterday, 07 July was a 1st Friday, will the thrash to cash be available today, 08 July which happens to be the 2nd Saturday of the month?
